Campus Life
As a contractor, you'll join us at our headquarters office located in St. Louis, MO occupying 55-acres of the southeast corridor of downtown. The physical spaces where we conduct our business are intended to create a work environment that nurtures our associates’ and contractors’ holistic well-being in addition to their professional development. All our contractors are encouraged to utilize and enjoy many of the amenities we offer our associates during their time on campus. These include, but are not limited to:
- Walking paths and ponds
- Outdoor seating areas for relaxing
- Cafeteria and Café
- Dog Parks
- Store (with supplies for people and pets)
- Library
Pet-Friendly Work Environment
You'll notice quickly that we're a pet-friendly, pet-centric workplace unlike any other. Anywhere from 50-75 pets make the commute to work with their owners each day. Although only full-time Nestlé Purina employees may bring their pets to work through a Pets-in-the-Workplace approval process, anyone who works at or visits our campus can share in the joy of being surrounded by pets—a true testament to our belief that pets and people are better together.
Compensation and Benefits
We fairly compensate our contractors for their contributions to our business which includes pay raise eligibility. Additionally, we provide them with the option to opt-in to health benefits organized through a third-party provider.
