Employment Financial-Scam Messages and Fake Nestlé Job Offers/Onboarding Requests
There are fraudulent job postings and messages with fake job offers/ onboarding requests circulating on the internet from people pretending to represent Nestlé.
They typically start with a fraudulent contingent job posting on a contingent labor site, followed by an interview by a person pretending to represent Nestlé, and then a fake job offer and fraudulent onboarding requests.
Some messages encourage you to apply and/or interview for non-existing jobs at Nestlé. In others, fraudsters provide actual job contracts with false signatures from members of our executive board. In return the requester asks you to provide a payment for equipment to start a job or your personal details, such as your bank account, and in some cases, pictures of your account on CashApp and other places. We are also aware of fake or compromised Upwork and LinkedIn profiles, created for the same purpose.
These are hoaxes. Please ignore any request to send your personal details. We would never operate in this way.
If you have received or are aware of this type of communication and have concerns, please report it to us via abuse@nestle.com. This will allow us to pursue potential legal options against fraudsters, within the limits of the law.
