You may be leaving our everyday operations, but we hope you consider any chance to keep helping us make an impact within our communities near and far.

Retiree Resources & Tips

It is your ongoing responsibility to keep Nestlé and any other service providers updated on any changes of personal information, such as phone numbers, address, and direct deposit accounts. Incorrect information may cause a delay in receiving important documents, including tax and/or benefit information. To make a personal change, please contact the Nestlé HR Service Center at 1-877-637-2255 (option 7) and speak to a Customer Service Representative.

Additionally, all retirees who are enrolled in Retiree Medical should have the Customer Service Representative transfer them to the Health and Wellness program administrator so that a change can be made with them as well. Once you have been away from the company for over 12 months, you must call the Nestlé HR Service Center at 1-877-637-2255 and follow the prompts to transfer to the appropriate Nestlé program administrators (i.e. 401(k) Savings, Health and Wellness Benefits, and Pension).
